Happy Blogiversary!

Well, today is my Blogiversary!

I've been thinking about how I would like to celebrate it, and of course, I thought of a giveaway...but what should I giveaway?

I guess I just haven't figured it out yet.

So, I'll let you help me.

When you leave your comment, let me know whether you think I should have one big prize or several smaller prizes.  That could be a second chance for you.

Also...do you see on the right there where it lists all the quilts I've made since I started blogging?  Hop over there when you have some time and see which quilt is your favorite.  That could be a third chance.

And, if you are a follower, or if you come visit me regularly, leave another comment and I'll put your name in the hat a fourth time.

I guess I am going to need more than one prize, lol.

We'll just have fun, and see what happens.

So, here's a summary:
  1. Leave me a general comment for one chance
  2. Leave a second comment telling me whether I should have one big prize or several smaller ones
  3. Leave a third comment telling me which is your favorite quilt I finished
  4. Leave a fourth comment if you're a follower or a regular visitor
That should about do it.

I'll keep the comments open until midnight on Sunday, November 7, and announce the winner(s) on Monday, November 8.

Hi Tamera, I can't believe I'm first, WooHoo!! Thank you for having this giveaway.

I hope that you decide to have several giveaways, I never win anything so it helps my chances. :)

I especially like Dawn's Quilt, I love the colors of it. My second choice would be Hazy's, my daughter-in-law would love the cats!!

I'm a follower of yours and ready your blog all the time. You were over at mine and commented on my Christmas table runners, could you become my 12th follower? My goal is to get to 15 by the end of the year! :) Thanks again for having your giveaway.

Hello! Happy Blogiversary - is that how that is spelled? lol! Thx for the fun giveaway!

QuilterLaura said...

Well, since you asked, I would say more small prizes would give more people the chance to be a winner! But, it's your blog and you should do whatever you want :-)

I would have to say I like Free's quilt the best. I'm a sucker for blue and tan, always have been!

I fewer smaller giveways would be great, unless you have access to give away a GO! :D Not that I would win or anything, I never win.

Can't believe I'm last here! I really enjoyed the class and learning some of your tips and techniques. It was worth the drive each week!

LenaeS said...

I think several small giveaways would be nice - maybe a few charms or a mystery block? Something that would fit in a first class envelope would probably be best for you.

LenaeS said...

My favorite quilt has to be Java Jive. It's so bright and perky (pun intended).

I hope we can work out a day and time for our group to meet - what fun!

Happy blogiversary! Congratulations and all that. I'd like to say I've read every single day and never miss your blog, but the truth is this last year I've been a lurker on the internet.
Cheers,

One big prize is very exciting, but smaller prizes shared makes much happiness divided among many.

I think my favourite quilt is the recent twister with the blue borders, or is it the one you made for your neighbour? Or maybe your Mittens, or ... well, you get the idea I'm sure.

I've been reading your blog regularly since you first found mine, but have only just got round to doing the follower thing.

I currently stalk a lot of quilters blogs. Don't be frightened :) I'm currently finishing up my master's degree in business administration and I don't have a lot of time to quilt. Just lots of "I'm going to do this and that when I finish this blasted degree up" type of quilting. I stumbled across your blog when I was looking at stash report blogs.

I love visiting your blog. You are soooooo creative AND productive. I also really appreciate the comments you leave me and others.

I'm usually a fan of several smaller prizes over one big one because I like to "spread the wealth." Thanks for the giveaway!

Joanne said...

I LOVE your twister quilts. I your baby twister 1, and then 2 and knew that I HAD to make one. Of course I can never just make one.....I've made five, including one for my granddaughter and another smaller identical one for her baby doll. I've also taught a class on this at a local quilt shop and referred my students to your blog!

Joanne said...

I check your blog at least twice a week for your stash report and your design wall Monday. You have provided me with lots of inspiration and helped me come to the realization that I may never again sleep more than four or five hours on any single night. I also appreciate your comments on my stash reports and design wall Monday.
