Blood Pressure Problems and Wonky Town

Well, I've been out of commission the last few days.  I've had a hard time regulating my blood pressure since the surgery and it's running really low.  I've been feeling faint and icky.

But, I'm feeling a bit better today.

Enough to finish the top of Wonky Town!  Woo Hoo!

The last time I posted, Kathy suggested that I make the border half the "ground" fabric and half the "sky" fabric.  As you can see, I stretched that a bit and added some "sunshine" in the upper corner.

I also have a few pictures of Olivia feeding the new baby goat we had on Thursday.  We hand raise our goats, so she's bottle feeding him.  He thinks she's his momma, and I think she thinks he's her baby.

The quilt is coming out just great!
Lovely baby goat.
May I apply to become the next baby goat foster mother? So lovely!

I hope you get your blood pressure under control soon!

Your quilt is adorable. I love the ground, sky, and sun created in the border. I have yet to put my wonky houses into a quilt top.

The new baby goat is sooo cute!

Oh I hope you get to feeling better soon, make sure you check with your doc to see if the BP problems are normal. Love what you did with your houses, can't wait to see it quilted too. That baby goat is so cute, and so is your daughter too.

I knew I would love the finished Wonky Town and it is gorgeous! The sun, sky and grass really add to it - very ingenious!

I also pray that you get your blood pressure under control...that is no fun at all!

Baby goats are so much fun. Hope you aren't getting the storm we are down here! No time to have babies for sure....

Take care of yourself!

Good Morning my sweet. We have another snow day. Really going good out. Glad I don't have any babies to take care of!!!!!! I just finished a table runner from a kit. With Helen's help. I cut it out and when it says cut the square TWICE don't try to cut 3 more squares. No more fabric. Hee heee. Helen is so helpful. After that I went to town. It is so different than a little dress for little girls. Have a good day. Mom
