Numbers are the same!
BUT...I finished quilting my sister's quilt yesterday! YEAH!!!!!!
That's the last big project for my Christmas list.
Now, all I have to do is the binding for her quilt and for my mom's wall hanging, and those are done and I can take off that fabric. I can't wait!
My mom's wall hanging was from a kit, so I won't count that, but my sister's quilt is all from stash, and its a biggy.
I also want everyone to know that having to 'fess up has kept me from buying fabric for the last several weeks. I have been SORELY tempted, but I just keep saying to myself, "If I buy this fabric, I'll have to put in in my stash report and I WANT to get to 100 yards busted!" So, I keep resisting the temptation.
So, here are my numbers.
Fabric in: 0 yardsGetting close to that 100 yards, but I won't make it this year.
Fabric out: .5 yards
Total fabric in: 40.08 yards
Total fabric out: 104.71 yards
Total fabric used: 64.43 yards
There's always next year, though!
Hope you have a quilty day!
If I get the binding done on those two quilts, I think I'll add it to this post!
Make sure you visit Judy to find out who's been naughty and who's been nice, he he he.

I agree there is always next year. I think we have both done pretty well with our numbers.
Well, I confess that I am one of the naughty ones. But, in my defense, I have not bought as much fabric as I did in 2009. Reporting helped and I used more fabric, made more quilts, and had lots of relaxing fun.
Congrats on an almost finsih - and a big item off your xmas list! Yes, I am counting on next year as well - but the reporting sure helps the overall fabric "movement"...
Well done. I think having to post kept me more on track until my birthday in October. Fell off the counting wagon then.
Hi, Tamera - I think you have done well to use 64+ yards.
I think the more important number is the fabric out - now that's impressive.
Keep up the good work,
and Merry Christmas
It does make a difference when you have to report to others on what you buy. Even if you don't make 100 yards out, it sounds like you moved in the direction you wanted to, so that should count as success! We'll be looking for a big jump next week.
Dear Santa/quilt fabric fairy, I have been good because I have used more fabric than I bought again this year!
I hope this justifies purchasing at the post Christmas clear out sale at the quilt shop,LOL!
Congratulations! Hard work done there. Willpower! Me? don't ask. hehe
Knowing I would have to report fabric in has certainly cut my buying. You are doing so well. Your sisters quilt will really bump your numbers. Good job.
