Quilter's Accountability - March 2, 2011

Good morning, Ladies. How is your week going?

Things are pretty quiet this morning at the Svanes household.  It's COLD in North Dakota, and we're not really supposed to get much above zero today.

I did get some things done this week, though.  Here's my list from last week:
  1. Finish and send off block for Block Swap Adventure - DONE, in the mail today
  2. Catch up on Dorinda Mystery Quilt - not done
  3. Catch up on Layer Cake Quilt Along - DONE
  4. Finish Monochromatic top - DONE
  5. Blocks for A Dozen Quilters project - DONE, in the mail today
So, as you can see, I got a lot done this week! Woo Hoo!

Here's my top for the Monochromatic challenge:

Tonight is the meeting for Stitchin' Sisters!  YEAH!  Can't wait to see everyone.  PLUS, I just found out about another retreat that I may go to.  How fun would that be????

I only have ONE goal for this week and that's to have that basting party.  I started counting up finished tops last night in bed and I stopped at 10!

Make sure you check and see how everyone else did on their goals this week at Bari's blog.

I like that quilt top. It would be really cool with "watery/wavy" fabric.

Love your wave quilt, and now on to the next color. I too need to have a basting party.......the tops are piling up, which is kinda a good thing though, that means I am finishing them!

Love that purple quilt. That pattern, New Wave, is the same one I'm using for a baby quilt right now. I've done a pink and white one. Now this one is all browns and white - puppy prints. I love the pattern.
