Quilter's Accountability Report - March 18

I've managed to do quite a bit of sewing this week, and it feels good!

Here's my list from last week.
  1. Continue to work on High Cotton. - DONE - finished another 20 blocks or thereabouts
  2. Start my brown monochromatic quilt.  (I had an idea for it while I was lying awake in bed this morning!) - DONE - almost finished with the blocks, nearly ready to sew together rows
  3. Next Layer Cake Quilt along block. - not done
  4. Finish and send of Block Swap Adventure block. - not done
Two out of four isn't bad, lol.

How did you do on your goals this week?  Make sure you check out Bari's blog to see how others did...and play along with us if you like!

Silly me!  I forgot to put down my goals for this coming week, lol.

  1. Finish Monochromatic top and backing
  2. Finish High Cotton blocks and decide on borders - I still haven't decided for certain how large this quilt is going to be
  3. Catch up on Layer Cake Quilt along
  4. Finish and send off Block Swap Adventure block
  5. Finish and send off blocks for A Dozen Quilter's March project

Looks as though your week was busy in the creation department. Good for you. Anything accomplished is great!

Glad to see your almost back to normal sewing status. The two you did were the harder of the two as well. Well maybe not harder, but more sewing involved. I too don't have my LC block done, I am waiting for the next one, drives me nuts to get out that whole kit-n-kaboodle sew one block and put it all back again. Takes up too much of my precious sewing time.

I love your High Cotton quilt...can't wait to see it all put together and quilted! The monochromatic looks like it will be cool also....very manly! You got a lot done this week and it is looking good for next week also!

Keep it up!
